All registrations should be made via the online registration system of the Conference website. Offline bookings via fax or email will not be entertained.

Confirmation of Registration & Official Receipt
Registrant will receive an acknowledgement email upon successfully submitting this registration.
Registrant can book for Self, Self + Others, Others Only. In the case of self + others, and others only, registrant would be treated as the Contact Person.
In the case of Self + others, registrant would also be treated as the first Attendee.
The Acknowledgement email would include booking reference number to view/edit registration details and print & view Proforma Invoice.
To register additional delegates at a later stage, please use the booking reference number and password generated at the first time registration stage and add delegates via the Edit Existing Registration section on the Registration page. The proforma invoice would generate the latest amount payable. If you have already settled the payment earlier, only the difference becomes payable for the subsequent bookings.
The Conference Secretariat would send a Confirmation Note upon receipt of payment.

Payment Method
Payment can be made only via Telegraphic Transfer and cheque.

Important Notes
Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first-come first-served basis.
Participants and/or their accompanying persons are advised to take out their own insurance policies to cover against various contingencies such as personal accident, personal liability, medical expense, financial loss incurred through disruption to travel arrangements, damage to or loss of property. The Organizers are not responsible for nor to be held liable to any claims whatsoever caused or howsoever arisen.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
A Cancellation charge of 25% of the registration fee is applicable for all cancellations received on or before 20th September 2009
No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after 20th September 2009.
However, non-attending delegates would receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
